We wanted to help raise money to financially help people with Cancer, their families and Cancer survivors by providing some financial assistance with their medical bills and to help fund and support Cancer research. With your help we are able to do that, a portion of everyone's membership fees goes towards these efforts and many other efforts like this one. |

Q. How do I cancel my membership? A. Send us an email requesting that you would like to cancel your membership and we will deactive your membership within 24 to 48 hours. |

Q. What are IMissYou profiles? A. A IMissYou profile is a profile that contain identifiable information about the person or pet the member would like to find. A member can create, update and monitor the responses to the profile. |

Q. Do I need a membership to search? A. No, you do not need a membership to search the IMissYou profiles or response to the profiles. You must be a member in order to create a IMissYou profile. |

Q. What countries can you find people or pets in? A. HeyIMissYou does offer the members the ability to create IMissYou profile for international people. However, our website is currently in the english language only. |

Q. Do you guarantee I will find the person or pet I am looking for? A. Unfortunately we can not guarantee a positive outcome on all searches. However, our success rate is greatly increasing. The one thing that aids in this increase is the amount of exposure the website gets and we put a lot of resource toward this effort. We ask that you help us with this effort by spreading the word about HeyIMissYou and we can guarantee that we will continue to work hard at making the website better and more effective. |

Q. Can I search for a lost pet? A. Yes, we have two profile types "People" and "Pets". Some example of pet profiles: •If you have lost your pet and would like to find them. •If you have found a pet and would like to return them to the owner. Currently, the only type of pets that can be searched are "Dogs" and "Cats". |

Q. What's the difference between private information and public information? A. Private information - is information about the member that will not be made available for public viewing. Public information - is information about the member that will be made available for public viewing with the member's consent. |

Q. Can I search for official missing people? A. Yes, you can search for official missing people. If you are an government law enforcement agency you can contact us if you need to create more than 20 IMissYou profiles. |

Q. What payment methods do HeyIMissYou accept? A. We accept US based debit and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and AMEX) and Paypal. However, there are no membership fees and all payments accepted are donation payments. |

Q. What is the School Rosters and how is it used? A. This service is a list of different high schools, colleges, academies, armed services and workplaces which our members have attended and/or been employed that displays their names, when attended/enlisted/employed, locations, the years attended/enlisted/employed and year graduated/exited. It is another source here at HeyIMissYou, that people can reunite with people they miss or went to school with. In order to list your school/military/workplace or get on the list you must be a member and this service is free to our members excluding the "School Roster Only Plan". These school rosters are very helpful in locating a classmate or college mate or coworker or shipmate, because you can communicate with the members that are listed instantly and safely at no charge to you as much as you want it truly is a good service. If you are reading the answer to this question and your schools/militaries/workplaces are not listed or you are not on the list, we ask that if nothing else you Sign Up for a membership to get listed (School Roster Only Plan). This service is growing and is well on it's way for being the #1 source to planning reunions. And planning high school reunions are easy, but college reunion are all most impossible. HeyIMissYou has fixed that problem because college reunions are now just as easy. We all know that College is were you make the lifetime friends. |
