Example 1 Let's say you would like to find out if someone is searching for you or found your pet. Step 1. Use the different search option to search: Keywords: "Chris Marks" OR "Hinds Community College" OR "Hazlehurst High School" OR "US Navy" OR "Football" Profile Type: "Best Friends" OR "Ex-husband" OR "Seeking Sons" OR "Old Classmate" OR Profile Category: "People" Gender: "Male" Race: "Asian" In the search results, you will see a list of all the IMissYou profiles that matched your search. This list will display information like:
Step 2. Click the "View Profile" link to see the full profile. This page is the IMissYou profile of the person with more detailed information. This is information that was submitted by the HeyIMissYou member who is searching for the person. In addition to the above information an IMissYou profile has information like:
Step 3. Click the "Send Member A Message" to contact the member if you feel the person in the profile is you or you have additional information to discuss with the member about the profile. You will need to complete the Message Form with your name, your email address, subject and message. You can select the option to hide your email address. Step 4. Now that you have opened the line of communication, you can use HeyIMissYou website to communicate with the member while establishing comfortable relationship. |
Example 2 Let's say you would like to find a person or pet. Step 1.Use the "Member Login" section to log onto HeyIMissYou. If you do not have an account with HeyIMissYou click one of the "Sign Up" links and create an account. You will be able to create search clues about yourself as well as having many option on controlling the visibility of your account public information. After creating your account you will automatically be logged in. Step 2. Click the "Add a IMissYou Profile" link to create a new IMissYou profile where you can add various types of information about the person you would like to find. For example, information like:
"played football for ASU" OR "lived in Seattle, WA" OR Step 3. Monitor your messages for responses to your IMissYou profile. Step 4. Once you receive a response the lines of communication have been opened, you can use HeyIMissYou website to communicate with the person while establishing comfortable relationship. Note: Another option to find a person is to do a "Member Search" on our website using a keyword search on the members by filtering through information like first name, nick name, and etc... However this search produces very limited results due to the fact that most of the member's information is private and they have the option to be excluded from searches. The above 4 steps is what makes HeyIMissYou the cheapest, easiest and unique way to locate people or pets you would like to find. Note: Another option to find a person is to do a search through our "School Rosters" of schools, militaries and workplaces. |
